Stellar Nail Design is always focused on our Stellar Clients so we try to provide the ability for our Clients to pay any way they wish. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Zelle.
We always try to accommodate our valued Clients scheduling needs since we know it is often challenging to juggle personal health with family and career. We require all appointments to be requested/booked at least 24 hours in advance so we can ensure we are ready to provide you with the Stellar Service you deserve. The Stellar Team understands that "nail emergencies" happen so we are always available to communicate with you. If schedules allow, we will always try to help our Clients when needed.
We require all cancellation notifications to be provided to us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations without 24 hour notice will be charged a 10% cancellation fee (based on all scheduled services). We understand that unforeseen emergencies happen, so please contact us directly and we can work with you on rescheduling.
Clients will be charged a 30% fee (inclusive of all scheduled services) if we arrive at your home or office and you are not available for your appointment within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment start time. The Stellar Team does not expect to experience any "no shows" but we always want to communicate openly and honestly with our Stellar Clients.
