It is always our goal for every Stellar Client to feel like they are our #1 client for us to provide them with individual Stellar nail care that works for them.  We know that every client's needs, desires and tastes are different so we always want to understand and create healthy and beautiful nails that help them to feel good about themselves 

The Stellar Team knows that each Client knows what they want and need better than anyone else.  This is why we always listen to what our Stellar Client desires and partner with them to create the nails they envision.  While we may have to work with you to achieve your nail care goals over time, we promise to always hear what you desire and help to set realistic expectations/goals for your nails.    

Stellar Nail Design always believes in maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and we are committed to leaving your home or office just as clean as it was when we arrived.  We always take maximum precautions to collect any dust, clippings, shavings or used nail supplies so there is no sign of our presence other than beautiful healthy nails.

We are absolutely committed to the highest standards of safety for our clients and are always looking for new ways to protect our Stellar Family.  The Stellar Team employs all available methods for cleaning, sanitation, disinfection and sterilization.  Any nail tools that directly touch a client are only used once per day and then are washed thoroughly with anti-bacterial soap, followed by, high heat sterilization.  Any towels used with a client are only used once per day and they are washed/sanitized each night before being used again with another client.  Our Pedicure Spas are thoroughly scrubbed/disinfected nightly and cleaned/disinfected between clients.  Our team always wears masks and we require all of our Clients (above 3 years of age) to wear a mask for their own safety.     

The Stellar Team has high expectations for how we want to be treated by others so it is our goal to always treat our Stellar Clients with the same level of respect we expect.  We believe that honesty is a huge part of respect so we are committed to always being open and honest with our customers.  It is our goal to only provide our valued Clients with the Stellar nail services and products that they need and that will be beneficial for them.  You can rest assured that any recommendations from our team will always be in your best interest and recommended only because we truly care about our Stellar Family.  

While we pride ourselves on being very creative and talented professionals that deliver Stellar nail care services, Stellar Nail Design believes that there is always room to improve and to get even better at what we do.  Whether it is learning about new products, new techniques or new trends, we always want to provide our Stellar Clients with the best possible nail care service and choices.  Our team is constantly researching new information and continue to work on nail care related education so we can continue to perfect our craft. 

Our Clients deserve open communication and prompt responses from our Team.  We understand that your time is valuable and that you have many things to juggle during any given day.  We are committed to responding to all valued Client communication as soon as possible during business hours without negatively affecting other Clients.  Unless there is an emergency situation, we do not accept calls/texts during Client appointments so we can ensure we provide them with the dedicated focus and service they deserve.  We are committed to returning all communications no later than the next day since timely positive communication is what our Stellar Clients deserve.   

While we always want to make sure we provide you with the beautiful nails you envision, we also feel it is our responsibility to ensure our Clients' nails are as healthy as possible.  The Stellar team seeks to educate all of our Clients on proper nail care, nail health and the overall health impacts from unhealthy nails.  We choose to focus on much more than just our Clients' nails since it is the individual (not their nails) that is an important part of our Stellar Family.
